A Faculty Development Programme was successfully organized by the Christian College of Engineering & Technology with the objective of enhancing teaching effectiveness, pedagogical innovation, and professional growth among faculty members. The programme was further enriched by the gracious presence of Rev. Fr. Dr. P. S. Varghese, who addressed the session with an inspiring message.

His address reinforced the idea that teaching is both a responsibility and a transformative practice. The event featured Dr. Subhashish. Sanyal from NIT Raipur, as the invited speaker.
