छत्तीसगढ़ के बस्तर अंचल में शांति, विश्वास और विकास की दिशा में एक और महत्वपूर्ण सफलता सामने आई है। जिला बीजापुर में 30 माओवादी कैडरों ने राज्य सरकार की पुनर्वास आधारित पहल “पूना मारगेम: पुनर्वास से पुनर्जीवन” के अंतर्गत आत्मसमर्पण कर समाज की मुख्यधारा में लौटने का निर्णय लिया। आत्मसमर्पण करने वाले इन कैडरों पर कुल ₹85 लाख से अधिक का इनाम घोषित था।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णुदेव साय ने कहा कि यह घटनाक्रम बस्तर में शांति स्थापना के लिए सरकार द्वारा किए जा रहे निरंतर प्रयासों का सकारात्मक और ठोस परिणाम है। बीते दो वर्षों में बस्तर के दूरस्थ एवं संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों तक सड़क, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, संचार और बुनियादी सुविधाओं का विस्तार किया गया है। इस विकासात्मक पहल ने भटके युवाओं को हिंसा का रास्ता छोड़कर लोकतांत्रिक व्यवस्था और सामाजिक जीवन से जुड़ने के लिए प्रेरित किया है।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय ने कहा कि सरकार की सुशासन आधारित नीति का केंद्र बिंदु सुरक्षा के साथ-साथ विश्वास, पुनर्वास और भविष्य की संभावनाओं का निर्माण है। आत्मसमर्पण करने वाले युवाओं के पुनर्वास, कौशल विकास और आत्मनिर्भरता के लिए राज्य सरकार द्वारा सभी आवश्यक सहयोग प्रदान किया जाएगा।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी के दूरदर्शी विज़न, माननीय अमित शाह के दृढ़ संकल्प तथा राज्य सरकार के सतत प्रयासों से बस्तर आज भय और हिंसा से निकलकर विश्वास, विकास और नए अवसरों की ओर तेज़ी से अग्रसर हो रहा है। उन्होंने विश्वास व्यक्त किया कि आने वाले समय में बस्तर एक विकसित, शांत और समृद्ध क्षेत्र के रूप में देश के सामने नई पहचान स्थापित करेगा।

Return of Trust to the Mainstream: 30 Maoist Cadres Surrender in Bijapur, Major Step Towards Peace and Development – Chief Minister Shri Sai

Another significant milestone has been achieved in the direction of peace, trust and development in the Bastar region of Chhattisgarh. In Bijapur district, 30 Maoist cadres surrendered under the state government’s rehabilitation-based initiative “Poona Margem: from rehabilitation to Social Reintegration”, choosing to return to the social mainstream. A total reward of more than Rs. 85 lakh had been declared on these surrendered cadres.

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai stated that this development is a positive and concrete outcome of the government’s sustained efforts to establish lasting peace in Bastar. Over the past two years, road connectivity, education, healthcare services, communication networks and other basic facilities have been expanded to remote and sensitive areas of Bastar. This development-oriented approach has encouraged misguided youth to abandon the path of violence and reconnect with democratic values and social life.

The Chief Minister emphasised that the state’s good governance-based policy focuses not only on security, but also on building trust, rehabilitation and future opportunities. He said the government is committed to providing all necessary support for the rehabilitation, skill development and self-reliance of the surrendered youth.

Chief Minister Shri Sai further stated that under the visionary leadership of Shri Narendra Modi, the firm resolve of Shri Amit Shah, and the continuous efforts of the state government, Bastar is rapidly moving away from fear and violence towards trust, development and new opportunities. He expressed confidence that in the coming years, Bastar will emerge as a developed, peaceful and prosperous region, establishing a new identity for itself on the national stage.
