भारत सरकार के युवा मामले और खेल मंत्रालय द्वारा आयोजित विकसित भारत यंग लीडर्स डायलॉग (VBYLD) 2047 और 29वें राष्ट्रीय युवा महोत्सव में भाग लेने के लिए छत्तीसगढ़ के 75 सदस्यीय युवा प्रतिनिधिमंडल को एक भव्य समारोह के साथ नई दिल्ली के लिए रवाना किया गया। रायपुर में आयोजित इस विदाई समारोह की अध्यक्षता मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णु देव साई और उपमुख्यमंत्री श्री अरुण साव ने की। यह दल 9 से 12 जनवरी तक नई दिल्ली के प्रतिष्ठित भारत मंडपम में आयोजित होने वाले राष्ट्रीय शिखर सम्मेलन में राज्य का प्रतिनिधित्व करेगा। यह आयोजन प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के उस विजन का हिस्सा है, जिसके तहत देश के एक लाख गैर-राजनीतिक युवाओं को राष्ट्र की नीति-निर्माण प्रक्रिया से सीधे जोड़ा जा रहा है।
इस दल का चयन केंद्र सरकार के 'मेरा युवा भारत' (MY Bharat) पोर्टल के माध्यम से एक बेहद चुनौतीपूर्ण और पारदर्शी प्रक्रिया द्वारा किया गया है। छत्तीसगढ़ से 85,000 से अधिक युवाओं ने इस राष्ट्रीय प्रतियोगिता के शुरुआती क्विज़ राउंड में हिस्सा लिया था, जिसके बाद निबंध लेखन और 'विजन डेक' प्रस्तुतीकरण जैसे कठिन चरणों को पार कर इन 75 युवाओं ने अपनी जगह पक्की की। मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णु देव साई ने युवाओं का उत्साहवर्धन करते हुए कहा कि ये प्रतिनिधि छत्तीसगढ़ की 'अमृत पीढ़ी' हैं, जो प्रधानमंत्री के 'विकसित भारत' के सपने को हकीकत में बदलने की दिशा में राज्य की आवाज़ बनेंगे।
भारत मंडपम में आयोजित इस चार दिवसीय कार्यक्रम का मुख्य आकर्षण 12 जनवरी को राष्ट्रीय युवा दिवस के अवसर पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के साथ होने वाला सीधा संवाद होगा। यहाँ ये युवा 'विकसित भारत चैलेंज', 'डिजाइन फॉर भारत' और 'सोशल कॉज हैकाथॉन' जैसे ट्रैक के माध्यम से शासन, नवाचार और उद्यमिता पर अपने विचार साझा करेंगे। इसके अलावा, प्रतिनिधियों को केंद्रीय मंत्री डॉ. मनसुख मंडाविया और अन्य वरिष्ठ राष्ट्रीय नेताओं से सीखने का अवसर मिलेगा। विशेष रूप से, केंद्रीय राज्य मंत्री श्री तोखन साहू दिल्ली में छत्तीसगढ़ के इस दल के लिए एक विशेष 'डिनर डायलॉग' की मेजबानी करेंगे, ताकि युवाओं के विचारों को केंद्र स्तर पर और अधिक प्रोत्साहन मिल सके।
