मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णु देव साय ने आज देश में चार श्रम संहिताओं के ऐतिहासिक क्रियान्वयन पर प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी और केंद्रीय श्रम एवं रोजगार मंत्री डॉ. मनसुख मांडविया जी के दूरदर्शी नेतृत्व की सराहना की है। 

मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय ने कहा कि श्रम सुधारों का यह महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय देश के 40 करोड़ से अधिक श्रमिकों के अधिकार, सुरक्षा, सामाजिक सम्मान और आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण की एक अभूतपूर्व गारंटी है।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय ने कहा कि आज का दिन भारत के श्रम क्षेत्र के इतिहास में एक मील का पत्थर है। चारों श्रम संहिताओं के लागू होने से न्यूनतम वेतन का अधिकार, महिलाओं को समान वेतन का प्रावधान, फिक्स्ड टर्म कर्मचारियों को ग्रेच्युटी, प्रत्येक श्रमिक के लिए सामाजिक सुरक्षा, मुफ्त स्वास्थ्य जांच की सुविधा और ओवरटाइम पर डबल वेतन जैसी व्यवस्थाएँ पूरे देश में सुनिश्चित होंगी। उन्होंने कहा कि इन प्रावधानों से न केवल श्रमिक वर्ग को लाभ मिलेगा, बल्कि औद्योगिक वातावरण अधिक पारदर्शी, संतुलित और श्रमिक-हितैषी होगा।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी ने जिस समावेशी और आत्मनिर्भर भारत का संकल्प लिया है, श्रम संहिताओं का लागू होना उस दिशा में एक बड़ा परिवर्तनकारी कदम है। उन्होंने कहा कि भारत की कार्यशील जनसंख्या राष्ट्र की उत्पादन शक्ति और आर्थिक समृद्धि की आधारशिला है, और उनके अधिकारों का संरक्षण किसी भी सशक्त राष्ट्र की प्राथमिकता है। यह संहिताएँ देश की श्रम शक्ति को अधिक सुरक्षित, सम्मानजनक और सशक्त वातावरण प्रदान करेंगी।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णु देव साय ने  कहा कि श्रमिकों के अधिकारों की रक्षा, उनके कल्याण और सामाजिक सुरक्षा को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता देने वाले इस निर्णय के लिए वह प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी और केंद्रीय मंत्री डॉ. मनसुख मांडविया जी के प्रति आभार प्रकट करते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि यह सुधार नई अर्थव्यवस्था, बेहतर औद्योगिक संबंधों और मजबूत श्रम बाजार का आधार साबित होगा।

मुख्यमंत्री ने विश्वास व्यक्त किया कि इन श्रम संहिताओं के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन से देशभर में रोजगार, उत्पादन, निवेश और औद्योगिक विकास की गति और अधिक मजबूत होगी, जिससे भारत की वैश्विक प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक क्षमता भी बढ़ेगी।

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai Congratulates Successful Candidates of State Public Service Commission Exam–2024

Raipur, November 21, 2025 / Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai extended heartfelt congratulations to all candidates who cleared the Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (PSC) Examination–2024. He said the achievement reflects the hard work, discipline, consistent preparation and dedicated efforts of the youth. Congratulating the selected candidates on beginning a new journey in public service, he wished them a bright future.

The Chief Minister said that the youth of Chhattisgarh have always demonstrated excellence, courage and determination. All successful candidates have proved through their patience and commitment to their goals that the new generation is fully prepared to take on key roles in the administrative services. He added that success achieved through sustained effort and firm resolve is not only a personal milestone but a matter of pride for the entire state.

The Chief Minister expressed hope that the newly selected officers will set new standards of good governance, transparency and sensitive administration. He said the state government is continuously working to make the administrative system more people-centric, accountable and effective, and that these new appointments will infuse fresh energy into governance. He expressed confidence that the young officers will make meaningful contributions to the overall development of Chhattisgarh, including social justice, poverty alleviation, women’s education and empowerment, and rural progress.

Shri Sai added that the achievements of these successful candidates will serve as an inspiration for lakhs of young people across the state. He said this success conveys the message that no goal is unattainable with strong willpower, hard work and discipline. He urged the youth to keep learning, keep improving themselves and place public service above all.

Wishing all the successful candidates a bright, happy and fulfilling life, the Chief Minister said the state government stands with them and will ensure full support at every level in establishing a sensitive, transparent and efficient administrative system.
