The Indian Institute of Management Raipur (IIM Raipur) is set to host the 9th edition of its flagship event, Leadership Summit 2025, on the 23rd and 24th of August at its campus. The summit will convene over 30+ eminent leaders and policymakers to deliberate on the evolving dimensions of leadership in an era marked by disruption, innovation, and global interconnectedness.

The theme for this year’s summit, “The CXO Compass: Navigating Beyond Boundaries to Build Future-Ready Organizations”, reflects the Institute’s vision of preparing leaders to embrace change and build organizations resilient to tomorrow’s challenges. Across six interactive panel discussions, speakers will shed light on transformative strategies shaping businesses, including digital acceleration, sustainability, ethical governance, and inclusive growth.

This year’s summit holds added significance as it coincides with IIM Raipur’s 16th year of excellence. The Institute, which recently secured the 14th position in the NIRF 2024 rankings, continues to strengthen its role as a bridge between academia and industry, fostering dialogue that drives meaningful impact.

IIM Raipur is privileged to welcome Shri Sandeep Singh, Managing Director, Tata Hitachi Construction Machinery Company Private Limited & Executive Officer, Hitachi Construction Machinery, Japan, as the Chief Guest. Joining him as the Guest of Honour will be Ms. Deepika Rajor, Human Resources Business Partner Global Functions, PepsiCo India.
