मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णु देव साय 23 और 24 अप्रैल को देश की आर्थिक राजधानी मुंबई में आयोजित वस्त्र एवं इस्पात उद्योग के दो प्रतिष्ठित राष्ट्रीय आयोजनों में शामिल होंगे। मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय इन अवसरों पर राज्य की नई औद्योगिक नीति, निवेश की संभावनाएँ और अधोसंरचना विकास के विजन को देशभर के उद्योगपतियों एवं नीति निर्माताओं के समक्ष प्रस्तुत करेंगे। ये आयोजन मुंबई के गोरेगांव स्थित बॉम्बे एग्ज़िबिशन सेंटर में होंगे।

*पहला दिन: टेक्सटाइल सेक्टर के निवेशकों से संवाद – 23 अप्रैल

मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय 23 अप्रैल को CMAI Fab Show में भाग लेंगे, जिसे क्लोथिंग मैन्युफैक्चरर्स एसोसिएशन ऑफ इंडिया (CMAI) द्वारा आयोजित किया गया है। यह शो देश के वस्त्र उद्योग से जुड़े दिग्गजों का प्रमुख प्लेटफॉर्म है, जहाँ उत्पादन, निर्यात और ब्रांडिंग से जुड़े प्रतिष्ठित प्रतिनिधि शामिल होते हैं। मुख्यमंत्री इस मंच से छत्तीसगढ़ की नई औद्योगिक नीति में वस्त्र उद्योग के लिए उपलब्ध विशेष सुविधाओं, प्रोत्साहनों और निवेश के अवसरों की जानकारी साझा करेंगे। इस दौरान कुछ प्रमुख कंपनियों के साथ निवेश समझौतों (MoUs) पर हस्ताक्षर की भी संभावना है।

*दूसरा दिन: प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी की उपस्थिति में होगा छत्तीसगढ़ का प्रस्तुतीकरण – 24 अप्रैल

 मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय 24 अप्रैल को इंडिया स्टील 2025 के उद्घाटन समारोह में विशिष्ट अतिथि के रूप में शामिल होंगे। इस कार्यक्रम में प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से जुड़ेंगे। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय छत्तीसगढ़ की नई औद्योगिक नीति के तहत इस्पात उद्योग के लिए विकसित अधोसंरचना, नवाचार, और दीर्घकालिक योजनाओं पर प्रकाश डालेंगे।

इसी दिन छत्तीसगढ़ राउंड टेबल मीटिंग का आयोजन भी होगा, जिसमें मुख्यमंत्री संभावित निवेशकों के साथ सीधी बातचीत करेंगे। इस बैठक में औद्योगिक क्लस्टर्स, लॉजिस्टिक सपोर्ट, सिंगल विंडो क्लियरेंस सिस्टम, और अनुकूल श्रमिक नीति जैसे विषयों पर विस्तार से चर्चा की जाएगी।

*राज्य पवेलियन में झलकेगा नया छत्तीसगढ़

मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय छत्तीसगढ़ स्टेट पवेलियन का भी भ्रमण करेंगे, जहाँ राज्य की औद्योगिक अधोसंरचना, नीतिगत प्रोत्साहन, और निवेश के बहुआयामी अवसरों की जानकारी मिलेगी। यह पवेलियन निवेशकों को छत्तीसगढ़ की ओर आकर्षित करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएगा।

*मीडिया से संवाद – बॉम्बे एग्ज़िबिशन सेंटर में

मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय 23 और 24 अप्रैल को दोपहर 1 बजे बॉम्बे एग्ज़िबिशन सेंटर में मीडिया से संवाद करेंगे। वे इस दौरे के प्रमुख उद्देश्यों, राज्य की नई औद्योगिक नीति की विशेषताओं और निवेश को आकर्षित करने के लिए सरकार द्वारा किए जा रहे प्रयासों की जानकारी साझा करेंगे।

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai will participate in two prestigious national events focused on the textile and steel industries in Mumbai on April 23 and 24. During these events, Chief Minister Shri Sai will present the state’s new industrial policy, investment opportunities, and infrastructure development vision to leading industrialists and policy makers from across the country. Both events will be held at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Goregaon. The visit marks a significant push to attract investments into Chhattisgarh, with the Chief Minister outlining the state's infrastructure vision, policy reforms, and sector-specific incentives.

*Day 1 – April 23: Dialogue with Textile Sector Leaders at CMAI Fab Show

On April 23, CM Sai will attend the CMAI Fab Show, India’s premier textile sector event, hosted by the Clothing Manufacturers Association of India (CMAI). The platform will bring together top players from apparel manufacturing, exports, and branding.

CM Sai will highlight Chhattisgarh’s focused support for the textile sector under its revamped industrial policy—covering land, logistics, power subsidies, and export facilitation. Investment proposals and MoUs with select companies are expected to be finalized during the session.

*Day 2 – April 24: National-Level Showcase in Presence of PM Narendra Modi at India Steel 2025

The spotlight will shift to India’s steel sector on April 24, as CM Sai attends the India Steel 2025 inaugural session as a special guest. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will virtually address the gathering.

CM Sai will deliver a keynote presentation, positioning Chhattisgarh as an emerging powerhouse in the steel industry. He will unveil the state's strategy for building specialized steel clusters, enabling logistics corridors, and simplifying regulatory processes.

A Chhattisgarh Round Table will also be convened the same day, where  CM Shri Sai will hold one-on-one interactions with potential investors. Discussions will focus on  special industrial clusters for the steel industry, single window clearances, and pro-labour initiatives tailored for industrial scale-ups.

*Chhattisgarh Pavilion: A Window to the Future

Chief Minister Shri Sai will also tour the Chhattisgarh State Pavilion, an immersive showcase of the state's industrial ecosystem. The pavilion will offer comprehensive information on the state's industrial infrastructure, investment opportunities and policy support to attract potential investors and partners.

*Media Interaction at Bombay Exhibition Centre

CM Sai will interact with media representatives on both days—April 23 and 24—at 1 PM at the Bombay Exhibition Centre. He will brief journalists on the state’s investment roadmap, key takeaways from the events, and Chhattisgarh’s positioning in the evolving industrial landscape of India.
