  In order to promote citizen-centric governance and improve service delivery, the Government of India will observe 'Good Governance Week' from December 19 to December 25 as 'Prashasan Gaon Ki Or' Campaign. In this regard, Chief Secretary Mr. Amitabh Jain has written a letter to all the Divisional Commissioners and the Collectors, directing them to organize special camps and programs for redressal of public grievances and for providing better service delivery.

            In the letter written by the Chief Secretary, Chhattisgarh Government's General Administration Department has given instructions to organize special programmes, redress public grievances under the campaign, besides organizing workshop on good governance on December 23. He has informed all the Divisional Commissioners and Collectors about the actions to be taken by the State and District Administration under Good Governance Week for the redressal of public grievances and to improve the public service delivery through Government of India's portals and multimedia platforms including social media Twitter Facebook etc. Moreover, instructions have also been given to upload the progress and achievements.
